"Poison" defined.

As used in this chapter "poison" means:(1) Arsenic and its preparations;(2) Cyanide and its preparations, including hydrocyanic acid;(3) Strychnine; and(4) Any other substance designated by the pharmacy quality assurance commission which, when introduced into the human body in quantities of sixty grains or less, causes violent sickness or death.[ 2013 c 19 s 52; 1987 c 34 s 1.]
