Rules.

The pharmacy quality assurance commission shall specify by rule drugs to be classified as steroids as defined in RCW 69.41.300.On or before December 1 of each year, the commission shall inform the appropriate legislative committees of reference of the drugs that the commission has added to the steroids in RCW 69.41.300.
