Triplicate prescription form program—Compliance by health care practitioners.

Any licensed health care practitioner with prescription or dispensing authority shall, as a condition of licensure and as directed by the practitioner's disciplinary board, consent to the requirement, if imposed, of complying with a triplicate prescription form program as may be established by rule by the department of health.[ 1989 1st ex.s. c 9 s 436; 1984 c 153 s 20.]Notes:Effective date—Severability—1989 1st ex.s. c 9: See RCW 43.70.910 and 43.70.920.
