Penalty—Violation of chapter is violation of the consumer protection act.

(1) A person who violates this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.(2) A violation of this chapter constitutes a violation of the consumer protection act, chapter 19.86 RCW.[ 2024 c 245 s 3.]
