Other cities or agencies may contract for services.

Any other city in said county, other governmental agency or any charitable or health agency may by contract or by agreement with the governing bodies of the combined health department receive public health services.[ 1949 c 46 s 7; Rem. Supp. 1949 s 6099-36.]
