Prohibition against recommending unlicensed home—Report and investigation of unlicensed home.

(1) No public agency contractor or employee shall place, refer, or recommend placement of a person into an adult family home that is operating without a license.(2) Any public agency contractor or employee who knows that an adult family home is operating without a license shall report the name and address of the home to the department.
