Application of chapter to persons subject to jurisdiction of department of corrections.

Nothing in this chapter is intended to create a state-mandated liberty interest of any nature for offenders or inmates confined in department of corrections facilities or subject to the jurisdiction of the department of corrections.[ 1988 c 206 s 920.]
