Definitions.

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise:(1) "Department" means the department of health;(2) "Secretary" means the secretary of the department of health or his or her designee;(3) "Tuberculosis control" refers to the procedures administered in the counties for the control, prevention, and treatment of tuberculosis.[ 1999 c 172 s 7; 1991 c 3 s 330; 1983 c 3 s 171; 1971 ex.s. c 277 s 15.
