Third-party administrators—Registration and reporting.

(1) A third-party administrator must register with the association. Registrants must report a change of legal name, business name, business address, or business telephone number to the association within ten days after the change.(2) The association must establish data elements and procedures for the registration of third-party administrators necessary to implement this section in its plan of operation.[ 2013 c 144 s 47.]
