Electrology and tattooing—Practitioners to comply with rules—Penalty.

(1) Any person who practices electrology or tattooing shall comply with the rules adopted by the department of health under *RCW 70.54.340.(2) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.[ 2001 c 194 s 4.]Notes:*Reviser's note: RCW 70.54.340 was amended by 2009 c 412 s 19, adding body art and body piercing to its application.
