Definitions—"Local fire official."

"Local fire official" means the chief of a local fire department or a chief fire protection officer or such other person as may be designated by the governing body of a city or county to act as a local fire official under this chapter.[ 1994 c 133 s 3; 1984 c 249 s 6.]Notes:Severability—Effective date—1994 c 133: See notes following RCW 70.77.146.
