Definitions—"Importer."

"Importer" includes any person who for any purpose other than personal use:(1) Brings fireworks into this state or causes fireworks to be brought into this state;(2) Procures the delivery or receives shipments of any fireworks into this state; or(3) Buys or contracts to buy fireworks for shipment into this state.[ 1995 c 61 s 10; 1961 c 228 s 17.]Notes:Severability—Effective date—1995 c 61: See notes following RCW 70.77.111.
