Violation a separate, continuing offense.

A person is guilty of a separate offense for each day during which he or she commits, continues, or permits a violation of any provision of, or any order, rule, or regulation made pursuant to this chapter.[ 2012 c 117 s 397; 1961 c 228 s 86.]
