Environmental justice obligations for all agencies.

Covered agencies are required to comply with all provisions of this chapter. All other state agencies should strive to apply the laws of the state of Washington, and the rules and policies of the agency, in accordance with the policies of this chapter including, to the extent feasible, incorporating the principles of environmental justice assessment processes set forth in RCW 70A.02.060 into agency decisions.[ 2021 c 314 s 3.]Notes:Conflict with federal requirements—2021 c 314: See note following RCW 70A.02.005.
