Sale of unapproved woodstoves—Penalty.

After July 1, 1988, any person who sells, offers to sell, or knowingly advertises to sell a new woodstove in this state in violation of RCW 70A.15.3540 shall be subject to the penalties and enforcement actions under this chapter.[ 2020 c 20 s 1117; 1987 c 405 s 8.
