Limited outdoor burning—Authority of local air pollution control authority or department of ecology to allow outdoor fires not restricted.

Nothing in RCW 70A.15.5020, 70A.15.5040, 70A.15.5050, 70A.15.5060, 70A.15.5070, and 70A.15.5080 shall be construed as prohibiting a local air pollution control authority or the department of ecology in those areas outside the jurisdictional boundaries of an activated pollution control authority from allowing the burning of outdoor fires.[ 2020 c 20 s 1138; 2009 c 118 s 203; 1972 ex.s. c 136 s 6.
