Administrative procedure act—Application to chapter.

In addition to his or her other powers and duties, the director shall have the power to propose and to adopt pursuant to chapter 34.05 RCW rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions, purposes, and intent of this chapter.[ 2012 c 117 s 404; 1971 ex.s. c 307 s 4.
