Effective dates—1992 c 14.

(1) Sections 2 and 3 of this act are necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately [March 20, 1992].(2) Section 4 of this act shall take effect October 1, 1992.[ 1992 c 14 s 7.
