Effective date—Implementation—1982 c 113.

This act shall take effect on July 1, 1983. The director of the department of ecology is authorized to take such steps prior to such date as are necessary to ensure that this act is implemented on its effective date.[ 1982 c 113 s 7. Formerly RCW 70.132.900.]
