Department of social and health services—Disclosures to the prosecuting agency.

The department of social and health services shall provide to the prosecuting agency a copy of all reports made by the department to law enforcement in which a person detained or committed under this chapter is named or listed as a suspect, witness, or victim, as well as a copy of all reports received from law enforcement.[ 2009 c 409 s 12.]Notes:Application—Effective date—2009 c 409: See notes following RCW 71.09.020.
