Opioid use disorder treatment—Possession or use of lawfully prescribed medication—Declaration by state.

The state declares that a person lawfully possessing or using lawfully prescribed medication for the treatment of opioid use disorder must be treated the same in judicial and administrative proceedings as a person lawfully possessing or using other lawfully prescribed medications.[ 2017 c 297 s 13.]Notes:Findings—Intent—2017 c 297: See note following RCW 18.22.800.
