Cooperation with reception units by state agencies.

The indeterminate sentence review board and other state agencies shall cooperate with the department in obtaining necessary investigative materials concerning offenders committed to the reception unit and supply the reception unit with necessary information regarding social histories and community background.[ 1988 c 143 s 10; 1979 c 141 s 207; 1959 c 214 s 14.
