Transportation, clothing and funds for furloughed prisoners.

The department shall provide or arrange for transportation for furloughed prisoners to the designated place of residence within the state and shall, in addition, supply funds in the sum of no less than $40 and suitable clothing, such clothing to be returned to the institution on the expiration of furlough.[ 2024 c 32 s 2; 1971 ex.s. c 58 s 8.]
