Contracts with other states or territories for care, confinement or rehabilitation of female prisoners.

The secretary is hereby authorized to contract for the care, confinement and rehabilitation of female prisoners of other states or territories of the United States, as more specifically provided in the Western Interstate Corrections Compact, as contained in chapter 72.70 RCW as now or hereafter amended.[ 1979 c 141 s 287; 1967 ex.s. c 122 s 12.]
