Need for personal and special care—Purchase of personal and special care by department.

The department may purchase such personal and special care at reasonable rates established by the department from substitute homes and intermediate care facilities providing [provided] this service is in compliance with standards of care established by the regulations of the department.[ 1969 ex.s. c 172 s 12.]
