Under the foster parent critical support and retention program, foster parents who care for sexually reactive children, physically assaultive children, or children with other high-risk behaviors, as defined in RCW 74.13.280, shall receive:(1) Availability at any time of the day or night to address specific concerns related to the identified child;(2) Assessment of risk and development of a safety and supervision plan;(3) Home-based foster parent training utilizing evidence-based models; and(4) Referral to relevant community services and training provided by the local department office or community agencies.[ 2018 c 58 s 57; 2007 c 220 s 8; 2006 c 353 s 3.]Notes:Effective date—2018 c 58: See note following RCW 28A.655.080.Findings—2006 c 353: See note following RCW 74.13.650.
