Preferred service providers.

For the purposes of the provision of child welfare services by provider networks, when all other elements of the responses to any procurement under RCW 74.13B.020 are equal, private nonprofit entities and federally recognized Indian tribes located in this state must receive primary preference over private for-profit entities.[ 2012 c 205 s 7.]
