Organization chart.

The facility shall have and keep current an organization chart showing:(1) The major operating programs of the facility;(2) The staff divisions of the facility;(3) The administrative personnel in charge of the programs and divisions; and(4) The lines of authority, responsibility, and communication of administrative personnel.[ 1979 ex.s. c 211 s 35.]
