Nonnative finfish aquaculture—Department may not allow as an authorized use under any new lease or use authorization.

(1) The department may not allow nonnative marine finfish aquaculture as an authorized use under any new lease or other use authorization.(2) The department may not renew or extend a lease or other use authorization in existence on June 7, 2018, where the use includes nonnative marine finfish aquaculture.[ 2018 c 179 s 2.]
