Who may lease.

Any person desiring to lease any state lands for any purpose not prohibited by law may make application to the department on forms provided by the department and accompanied by the fee provided under RCW 79.02.250.[ 2003 c 334 s 370.]Notes:Intent—2003 c 334: See note following RCW 79.02.010.
