Customary provisions in leases.

The department is authorized to insert in any lease issued under the provisions of this chapter such terms as are customary and proper for the protection of the rights of the state and of the lessee and of the owners of the surface of the leased lands not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.[ 2003 c 334 s 478; 1955 c 131 s 11.
