Lands transferred by deed.

Under provisions mutually agreeable to the board of county commissioners and the board, lands approved for transfer to a county for public park purposes under the provisions of RCW 79.22.300 shall be transferred to the county by deed.[ 2003 c 334 s 215; 1969 ex.s. c 47 s 3.
