Plans and specifications.

If the state parks and recreation commission determines that the proposed improvement will substantially alter a park, parkway, or parkland, it shall require the applicant to submit detailed plans and specifications of the proposed improvement, which, as submitted, or as modified by the state parks and recreation commission, shall be incorporated in the permit when granted.[ 1982 c 156 s 3; 1965 c 8 s 43.51.150.
