Authority of commission—Not affected by requirements of this chapter.

No action by a public service company in compliance with nor by the commission in conformance with the requirements of this chapter may in any way affect the authority of the commission over rates, service, accounts, valuations, estimates, or determinations of costs, or any matters whatsoever that may come before it.[ 1994 c 251 s 6.]
