Liability for wilful injury to telecommunications property.

Any person who wilfully and maliciously does any injury to any telecommunications property mentioned in RCW 80.36.070, is liable to the company for five times the amount of actual damages sustained thereby, to be recovered in any court of competent jurisdiction.[ 1985 c 450 s 20; 1961 c 14 s 80.36.060.
