Deductions—Municipal sewer service fees or charges.

In computing the tax imposed by this chapter, municipal sewerage utilities and other public corporations imposing and collecting fees or charges for sewer service may deduct from the measure of the tax, amounts paid to another municipal corporation or governmental agency for sewerage interception, treatment or disposal.[ 1967 ex.s. c 149 s 17.]
