Qualifying county list—2010 1st sp.s. c 16.

The department, with the assistance of the employment security department, must establish a list of qualifying counties effective July 1, 2010. The list of qualifying counties is effective for a twenty-four month period and must be updated by July 1st of the year that is two calendar years after the list was established or last updated, as the case may be.[ 2010 1st sp.s. c 16 s 3.]
