Payment of preliminary expense where proceedings are dropped—Dismissal of petition.

If upon said hearing the court shall find that the petitioner is not entitled to an order granting the prayer of said petition the court shall enter an order dismissing said petition and taxing the costs against said petitioner.[ 1903 c 67 s 8; RRS s 4499. Formerly RCW 85.04.745.]
