Board of commissioners—Construction and maintenance powers.

Said board of commissioners herein provided for shall have the exclusive charge of the construction and maintenance of all dikes and drainage systems which may be constructed within the said district, and shall be the executive officers thereof, with full power to bind said district by their acts in the performance of their duties as provided by law.[ 1909 c 225 s 11; RRS s 4371.
