Eminent domain—Procedure.

Flood control districts exercising the power of eminent domain shall proceed in the name of the district in the manner provided by law for the appropriation of real property or of rights therein or thereto, by private corporations, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.[ 1937 c 72 s 69; RRS s 9663E-69.
