Treasurer's liability.

Any county treasurer collecting or handling funds of the district shall be liable upon his or her official bond and to criminal prosecution for malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance in office relative to any of his or her duties prescribed herein.[ 2013 c 23 s 453; 1937 c 72 s 107; RRS s 9663E-107.
