Assessments—Notice of hearing, publication.

Notice of said hearing shall be given by the secretary of the district by causing a copy of the same to be published for three consecutive weekly issues in a newspaper of general circulation, to be selected by said secretary, published in each of the counties in which any part of the district is located.[ 1937 c 72 s 143; RRS s 9663E-143.
