Assessments—Margin for anticipated delinquencies.

For the purpose of apportioning the amount of money to be raised by assessment, to the several tracts of land in accordance with their respective classifications, the secretary shall add to the amount of money to be raised fifteen percent thereof for anticipated delinquencies.[ 1937 c 72 s 158; RRS s 9663E-158.
