Directors—Recall and discharge.

Every member of an irrigation district board of directors is subject to recall and discharge by the legal voters of such district pursuant to the provisions of chapter 29A.56 RCW.[ 2015 c 53 s 103; 1979 ex.s. c 185 s 15.]Notes:Effective date—Severability—1979 ex.s. c 185: See notes following RCW 87.03.013.
