(1) A person who has been denied a certificate of inspection or a license may petition the department for an evidentiary hearing.(2) A person who owns a charter boat may petition the department for an evidentiary hearing regarding the determination of the maximum passengers, crew, or total capacity of the charter boat.[ 1989 c 295 s 9.]
