Inspection program fee.

The owner or operator of every vessel inspected by the department shall pay the department a fee for each inspection. The fee shall be established by rule and shall cover the full cost of the inspection program including travel, per diem, and administrative and legal support costs for the program.[ 1999 c 111 s 7; 1989 c 295 s 6; 1979 c 74 s 2.]
