Exclusion of nonirrigable lands from general improvement or divisional districts—Unconditional relief—Effect.

In the event that a petition for exclusion as herein provided is unconditionally granted by the district board, said land shall thereafter be relieved from any obligation to pay special assessments levied in behalf of the district from which the same is excluded.[ 1927 c 254 s 171; RRS s 7402-171.
