Delinquency and sale in general improvement and divisional districts—Deed to district in absence of redemption—Conveyance.

If no redemption is made of land for which a reclamation district holds a certificate of purchase, the district will be entitled to receive a treasurer's deed therefor in the same manner as a private person would be entitled thereto, and may convey the title so acquired by deed executed by the president and secretary of the board.[ 1927 c 254 s 231; RRS s 7402-231.
