Delinquency and sale in general improvement and divisional districts—Lease of property acquired by district.

In the event that the district board shall determine that the best interests of the district will be conserved by the leasing of any property acquired for delinquent assessments, it shall have authority to lease the same for a period not exceeding five years on such terms and conditions as the board may require.[ 1927 c 254 s 233; RRS s 7402-233.
