Nonmobile, permanent institution or other fixed facility—Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to a performance that: (1) Takes place at a nonmobile, permanent institution or other fixed facility licensed by the United States department of agriculture; and (2) is conducted by the nonmobile, permanent institution or fixed facility.[ 2025 c 116 s 3.]
